Travel The World From Tyler Texas
Though I love my Tyler Texas communities, I greatly enjoy the fact that, with minimal effort on my part, I can travel to any destination in the world. The Tyler Pounds Regional Airport is located just west of the 323 Loop on Hwy 64 and offers daily passenger flights with American Airlines and Continental Airlines. Even better? Relatives can visit Tyler with minimal effort! There are quick service food and beverage options within the new Tyler Airport Terminal building, as well as three car rental services-Avis, Hertz and National Car Rental. There is also short term and long term parking to meet your travel and budget needs.
History In Tyler
The old Tyler Airport Terminal is now home to the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum, adding yet another wonderful Tyler Texas entertainment option for our residents and visitors! The new museum showcases an incredible display of historic aircraft and aviation memorabilia, including an original FJ-4 Fury. To enjoy the museum, you can visit at 700 Skyway Blvd Tyler, TX 75704 or call at 903-531-2343 for specific hours of operation. The museum is sure to offer great entertainment, knowledge, and fun for the entire family.
Tyler Texas From Above
While you are traveling the skies, check out the Tyler Texas area from above, and see if you can locate any of our wonderful Tyler Texas neighborhoods. Many of these beautiful communities offer a wide range of Tyler TX homes for sale, and some even offer the added luxury benefits of pools, golf courses, and more! During the spring, the Tyler Azalea District should be easy to point out, as it will appear to be a blanket of brilliant, colorful blooms in the middle of downtown Tyler. If you happen to get any great photos of Tyler from the air, be sure to send them to me; they would be a fun addition to your local Tyler TX Home Search Real Estate Photo Blog!
Until next time,
Steve
